Miss O'Dell
Miss O’Dell

To be part of an inner rock and roll
circle where trust was earned, not just given was a place that Chris O’Dell
found herself in during the late 60s. If
Chris had not taken the leap of faith to move from Tucson to LA and embark on a
new way of life - certainly things would have turned out completely different.

Combining a love of rock and roll, travel
and The Beatles have been just the right ingredients for Trina Yannicos.
“I grew up on the East Coast, in Maryland,
right outside of Washington D.C. I
attended college in Baltimore and studied graphic design,” said Trina. “I also took piano and guitar lessons when I
was younger.”

Life as a Temptation
By Helen Marketti
"Motown music was the primary influence for me. There was extraordinary presentation. You could look at them (The Temptations) and see they were unlike any other group. The way they appeared, performed and sang influenced me the most." Sharing his thoughts about the singing group he idolized as a teenager Damon Harris would later find himself right in the midst of their presence as he became a "second generation" member of the group replacing his vocal hero, Eddie Kendricks.
Eddie Kendricks, Damon sang the falsetto highs that matched Eddie's. He perfected the sound of his idol during his high school days so much so that others would comment on how much they sounded alike. "To me Eddie was the total package. First of all he had a lot of attention from the women," Damon laughs. "His sound, his manner on stage and his charisma was very compelling."

The last line of the concert poster reads "Don't Miss this Historic Show!" Historic indeed as the ticket prices alone seem embarrassing by today's rock and roll standards.
